Fitness action

First preliminary research suggests that Sinetrol® stimulates adipocytes lipolysis by increasing cAMP levels in 3 specific ways :
  • Inhibit Cathecol-methyl transferase, which block the lipolytic hormonal activity
  • Stimulates beta-3 receptors (see figure 1)
  • Inhibit Phosphodiesterase which degrade cAMP in an inactive form (see figure 2)
